Investigate haunted locations

I'm on Observation Duty 5 is a horror game in which you enter haunted areas and watch out for ghosts. Watch grainy camera footage for anything out of the ordinary, and report it at the end of the level.

The game has a similar theme to other haunted house titles, like Horror Nightmare Haunted House and Scary Baby Dark Haunted House, but features distinctly different gameplay. Instead of the traditional running and hiding, the game is based on observation.

Watch for ghosts

I'm on Observation Duty 5 shows the player a series of rooms in the style of a CCTV camera. Your job is to pay close attention and catch ghostly phenomena. Once you have been shown all rooms, you must log any phenomena you noticed.

Six levels in all

The game offers six levels to choose from: a school, an apartment, a house, a metro, a market, and a bank. You will need to keep a sharp eye and a good memory, as the logging process requires you to identify both the location and the type of phenomena ("camera malfunction," "intruder," "object movement," et cetera).

Horror with a difference

The I'm on Observation Duty series is unusual amongst horror games in that its gameplay is based not around survival but on an interactive version of spot-the-difference puzzles. There is little in the way of graphic violence, although mild nudity and a generally eerie atmosphere make I'm on Observation Duty 6 unsuitable for younger players.

Another addition to a novel series

Those who played the previous I'm on Observation Duty games may find this fifth installment to be more of the same, but those who are new to the series might find it a novel twist on the horror genre. The gameplay is simple, but the six different levels with different difficulties add variety.

  • Pros

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
